Meeting with Writer Yuri Lunin

On September 15, the Regional Center for Library Services to Blind and Visually Impaired Users (9 Lomonosova St.) held a meeting of young correspondents of the inclusive press center "Zhuraveynik" with editor of the All-Russian audio magazine "Dialog", writer Yuri Lunin.

The meeting was initiated by editor of the children's newspaper for the blind "Shkolnyy ponedelnik" Anton Ponomarev (Izhevsk) as part of the XIV International Festival of Children and Youth Mass Media "Podsolnuh", organized annually by the Center for Social Producing "Zhuraveinik" (Izhevsk).

 

Yuri Lunin (born 1984) graduated from the Literary Institute named after A. M. Gorky. He is a laureate of the literary competition "Facultet" (2009, 2010), the Russian-Italian literary award for young authors "Raduga" (2012), a scholarship holder of the Fund for Socio-Economic and Intellectual Programs (S. A. Filatov Fund) based on the results of the XIV Forum of Young Writers of Russia, the CIS states and abroad. In 2014, Lunin was longlisted for the "Debut" Prize in the nomination "Flash Fiction". His works have been published in the collection "Facultet", literary almanacs "5 x 5", "Tverskoy Boulevard, 25", "Raduga", in magazines "Volga", "Nash Sovremennik", "Roman-Gazeta", "Rossiyskiy Kolokol", in web literary magazines "Literratura", "Moloko".
