Online Lecture by Irina Levontina "Where Do Words Come From?"

On October 26 at 3 pm Electronic Reading Room of National Library of Udmurt Republic (located at Lomonosova St., 9) is hosting the live broadcast of the lecture by Irina B. Levontina "Where Do Words Come From?"

Irina B. Levontina – linguist, Candidate of Philological Sciences, member of the Russian Language Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, author and host of "Gramotey" program on Radio Mayak (see a detailed press portrait at chtenie-21.ru).

 

The lecture "Where Do Words Come From?" continues the cycle of internet lectures organized by the non-commercial fund "Pushkin Library" with support by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation within the program of the Year of Literature in Russia.

 

The audience watching the lecture will have an opportunity to address questions to the lecturer.
